BILLING
9.1. The price of our merchandise as mentioned on www.HICLE.in is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to which shall be specified at the time of purchase before payment is effected by you. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. ORDER CANCELLATION BY HICLE.IN
10.1 Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. HICLE.IN reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 15 business days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by HICLE.IN.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEE
11.1. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate HICLE.IN for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. For further information please refer to our Shipping & Payment Policy.

11.2 In cases where you enter wrong pin codes in address which is eligible for free shipping and later on it found that the actual pin code is not eligible for free shipping then you are required to pay the additional shipping fees else the shipment will be hold for 3 days and after that it will be returned to the origin and the balance amount after deducting the shipping charges for forwarding the shipment including holding at shipment agencies and returning back to origin shall be charged to you and balance amount shall be refunded back to you.

11.3 In case of international orders, shipping cost shall be updated once order is received by us and on the basis of ordered items, shipping charges shall be updated to you through by email / WhatsApp. In case you pay amount without giving opportunity to provide quote the shipping charges & at later stage you do not agree with the shipping charges, you shall be refunded the amount after deducting transaction charges of payment gateway for receipt & refund both. Once the shipping charges received from you, we may ship the order within 7 working days or more from receipt of payment.

Further international orders, customs duty & other charges in importing country are required to be paid by you yourself and we do not hold any liability for making payment of such charges. DELIVERY
HICLE.IN endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as may be mentioned on the purchase of the product. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, HICLE.IN may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

LOSS IN TRANSIT
All items purchased from HICLE.IN are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items purchased on our site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier / courier company.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
